FOLLOW AFTER LOVE
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
because he has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor.
He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted,
to preach deliverance to the captives, and
recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty them that are bruised.
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you?
Let him show his works out of a good life with meekness of wisdom.
But if you have bitter envying and strife in your hearts,
do not glory, and lie against the truth.
That wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
But the wisdom that is from above is
first pure,
then peaceable,
gentle and easy to be intreated,
full of mercy and good fruits,
without partiality, and
without hypocrisy.
Come unto me,
all you that labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you,
and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart.
And you shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy,
and my burden is light.
These things I command you:
That you love one another.
